Krav Maga is an empowering self-defense practice originally developed by the Israel Defense Forces and now taught worldwide for its practical techniques and emphasis on discipline and confidence. In this class, students will learn age-appropriate skills to stay safe, de-escalate conflict, and respond calmly under pressure. Through fun, structured activities, children will also build teamwork, focus, and personal resilience in a supportive and energetic environment.
